Once we have received your email, we will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment.
If you are booking a one-to-one session or a Skype session, we will ask you to pay for the session through our
Shop in advance, AFTER we have arranged a date & time.
Please note that if you need to cancel a session, a refund is only available if notice is received by email or phone at least a full 24 hours before the appointment.
